Problem Statment
Maintaining good health and staying in shape is a commendable accomplishment, yet it often presents significant challenges. With this in mind, I have sought to understand the obstacles users encounter on their fitness journeys. This understanding is essential for recognizing the context and needs of the user base, which will enhance the overall experience.
Goal
The project aims to create an engaging platform for users aged 21 and older, offering tools and resources to help them achieve and maintain their fitness goals. Features will include personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance, progress tracking, and coaching support, all designed to motivate users and promote lasting lifestyle changes.
Design Process
For this fitness app, I began by researching existing fitness applications and collecting insights from professional coaches and gym enthusiasts. After this research phase, I organized ideation sessions to develop initial wireframes that combine fitness content with interactive elements. Through a process of iterative design, testing, and user feedback, I refined the final product to ensure it is both engaging and motivating, helping users track and reach their fitness goals.

Empathy Map
Pain Point

Lack of Guidance:
Many clients felt lost and uncertain about where to begin their workouts or how to perform exercises correctly. This confusion often led to frustration and a lack of motivation. Without clear guidance, they struggled to establish a consistent routine, which hindered their progress and made them question their fitness goals.
Complexity of macros:
Understanding macronutrients and their applications can be unfamiliar and difficult for many, even for those with some knowledge of nutrition. This complexity can create confusion about how to properly integrate proteins, fats, and carbohydrates into their diets.
Flexibilty:
Many clients face busy schedules, which makes it difficult to carve out time for workouts. This often results in feelings of overwhelm and stress as they try to juggle their fitness aspirations with everyday obligations. Offering flexible solutions and support can alleviate this pressure and promote a more manageable approach to fitness.
